In this first episode of a new season, I reflect back on 2020 and how I decided to not focus on the negatives that happened throughout the year. Instead, I looked at all the positive things that happened to me because they outweighed the bad.
Additionally, as I look to the new year, I am writing the narrative of #positivity in all things. It's so easy to look, think, and speak negatively, but I am a #champion for those that want to squash all negativity.
